This podcast I’ve grown so much as a creative listening to all these great stories.

I just discovered this podcast and was originally binge watching on YouTube, but there’s more here. This is such a great resource and is so informative for people who work in this industry. I definitely enjoy hearing the insight from so many different personalities who are killing it as creatives.

My brother and I came across this podcast on YouTube and literally have been hooked since. Being full time freelance creatives, we can get lost in the sauce. This podcast has completely helped us advance our business. The transparency that Ben and Dave deliver in every podcast is exactly what every creative needs to hear. We have had countless moments that felt like we were sitting down talking face to face with them. It’s nice to know that some of the same mistakes trials and tribulations that we go through a lot of other creatives have as well. If you’re questioning listening.. stop questioning and start listening!!!

Yooo I’ve been listening to the BWNC podcast since it came out three years ago (also was probably one of the first 100 members of the online group) and it’s definitely one of the best podcasts out right now regardless of genre. Wow Chloe, but how is this podcast relevant to me if I’m not in media or music? WELL… Storytelling is extremely valuable across disciplines, and Ben, Dave, and company tell compelling stories on the podcast. Media, music, and entertainment are daunting industries to break into, and even if you are in the industry you might find yourself in a rut. I looooove the range of guests and the fact that they’re sharing their experiences of how they got to where they are and any advice they have for others. I’m kind of a TDE stan so some of my fav episodes where when we heard from Keem, Matt Genius, Ben’s AMA, and also the episode where Dave shared his entrance into BWNC. The podcast goes to show that what matters the most in this industry is RELATIONSHIPS! Keep up the great work Ben + Dave — looking forward to more from BWNC.

The host Ben’s weekly message hit me at the perfect time this week. I took his advice and said yes to a job that I wasn’t entirely confident in my skills in that is unpaid. It's working with filming and helping to choreograph a dance theatre video for my university. I know that I’ve gotta get out of my own head and comfort zone and push my creative boundaries. And though money is important, as a young creative I need to continue to build my resume and grow creatively. Keep up the good work with BWNC!

so much knowledge packed into 1 hour & 15 min. i was super stoked when i found out daniel was going to be invited on the bwnc podcast. i get so inspired by his work and the fact that bwnc is using their platform to provide tips, knowledge, etc to help us young creators is so awesome!! and for that i will forever be a BWNC fan!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 this podcast taught me that it is definitely possible for young content creators like myself to really create some really dope content without super expensive equipment and huge team and make it work i love that!!!

When I tell you BWNC has changed my life, I really mean it! Not only was I able to quit my full time corporate job, enter the world as a freelancer and partner up with my brothers business, but I constantly see improvements with my work. There are a lot of creatives podcasts out there and BWNC shines above the rest because they don’t follow the crowd and instead focus on the creatives themselves, their stories of how they got to where they are today, tips, inspiration, and beyond. There are a TON OF GEMS in these podcast episodes! I find that I am the type of person skimming through looking to discover something I’ve never heard before because time is money. I’ve discovered that with BWNC has gems all throughout their episodes. Ben’s interview skills are killer and their occasional contests for creatives are always fun and an amazing opportunity to play and challenge yourself in ways you aren’t able to when you hit the grind.

Ben, Dave and the rest of the BWNC team have done an amazing job of brining in super resourceful creators since day one. They run a scope of creative industries/production work/photographers/etc. Their stories are so inspiring and informative. It has completely changed how I approach every day in the best way ever. Everyone’s story is so unique and interesting that there’s something for everyone. I’m super excited for the new podcast format and intro. You can hear and feel the energy from the moment you hit play. So dope.

I’ve been a part of the BWNC community since there were like 1-2k people in it a couple years back. This group and podcast has evolved tremendously and has personally helped me in not only creative/photo/video ways but financially as well. Ben is a super knowledgeable and dope dude that is literally GIVING away game for any creative to step their work up. BWNC is one of those podcasts I’ll always come back to because of how informative, inspiring, and creative it is with its presentation, commentary, and wit. Ben Hagarty’s is an open-minded creative who reaches out to many interesting artists both in and out of his field of work. I find his approach entertaining as he asks questions, relates to the artists, and stays open to new ideas. I never thought one friend introducing me to the BWNC Podcast would lead to numerous connections throughout the community and the creative world. Never did I think that I would meet another member in the Army, but here I am and we are talking multiple times a week, both for work as well as creative ideas that we have. Content creation is a hobby of mine, and this podcast helps keep me motivated and educated throughout various topics and really one of the few podcasts I enjoy.
