Steven John Irby, aka Steve Sweatpants, is a street photographer, creative director, & cofounder of Street Dreams Magazine - a magazine featuring up and coming photographers and crowd sourced photography pieced together in beautiful layouts and stories. Molded by the city he grew up in, Steve has gained recognition for his powerful B&W depiction of the energy, culture, & people of New York City.

In this interview, Steve takes us through his humbling journey from working in the retail space & playing video games to having his most recent protest photojournalism work being published on major platforms such as GQ and the New Yorker! We also dive in to his experience shooting for the New York Knicks, going to Super Bowl 50 & filming a commercial for Honda!
