This is just a little poem to myself, which helped me to understand what my body is growing through and some of the why's. As i look now there is a huge platform for peri menopause and menopause. This makes me very happy because its a natural occurencenot for all women, but for most of us. Today was a very hard morning. As i prayed about today's affirmation all i could think about what perserverance looked like to me. I was blessed to be on a panel of Breast Cancer surviors and listening to these women truly moved me. I realized that life will throw you curve balls and it's in how we learn to pivot and move, will determine our outlook and journey. As the holidays commence i ask that you pray for my family and I as this will be the first holidays with out my little brother. Have a happy Thanksgiving and remember to present in the moment.
