I listened for a few months and remain very interested in the topic of artificial life. Mr. Barbalet exhibits a true enthusiasm and knowledge of the subject matter. However, the audio quality of recent episodes really detracted from my enjoyment of the show. So, listen to a few episodes if you're interested in the topic, but skip anything that sounds like it was recorded "on location" (lectures, etc). If Mr. Barbalet takes steps to improve the overall audio quality of the show, I think this would be an exemplary podcast.
