In this final episode of the season, we surrender to the need for healing. Guided by the wisdom of Dr. Caroline Myss and Mark Nepo, we create an audio landscape centered around the vibes of healing. We dig into the powers of thoughts and information through a collage of fragmented narrations.
Listen along as we interweave uplifting music by Amber Lily, Will Shadow, Positiv, Sai Nivas Mangu, and Tattedupbroc. Get educated and inspired as we get you behind the veil of the sub-conscious. Find your sense of power and direction by taking responsibility for your thoughts and actions. Trip out on the sounds as you discover the link to the mind and body through self-discovery.

Sometimes describing the story makes sense. Using strong language focuses the reader and leads them to a destination; this is NOT one of those times.
For whatever reason, today's episode is better listened to than explained. I don't know what part of the world you are in, but here in the Pacific Northwest United States, inside our minds, it's getting noisy. We all need a vow of silence for a few weeks. The information needs to stop. We must attend to the burning forests and prepare for an election that is bound to end with a considerable demographic very upset. Regardless of what party wins, we will need to heal the wounds. And learn how to work together even in our differences—sending a toast to you of stamina and empathy.
Music from Amaru Muru, Riddance the Rapper, Alarming Rates, and Catch The Rise.

On emiunte we are up the next down. If you wern;t manic already you might be now, or maybe you cant get out of bed and your depressed. Seriously we need to chill out and take a break. Typos are ok! Deep breath and exhale. I know its tough dealing with 2020, but we got this. We will find our way through the maze.
The instrumental cultural music of renowned percussionist and composer Christopher Icasiano leads episode four's narrative. Emotional poignant reactions from the youth and an inspirational speech from artist Chris Dyer shape a collage of emotions. Additional music by bigbeeofthewhitretree

Sorry, Jeff Bezos; we love you, but we want our billions back. We start with an attack on the wealthy because a global food crisis is building. An English songwriter reaches out about the fragility of our mental state while a New Jersey neo-punkster shares her quarantined anthem. In a tribute to sanitizing, we get a ridiculous but true song about keeping grandma safe. The women call out the need to stand up to domestic violence and human rights. Oh, and we hear from a preacher's daughter, she might be gay, she might not, but thankfully she feels safe to decide. And we close the show with a message by a young, powerful thought leader. Music is interwoven into the narrative by Seattle to Sydney, Serbian composer Petar Alargic, and Francie Moon.

We didn’t know it was coming. From Australia, an aboriginal leads the way for episode two, giving the direction for a generation to follow. Women are uniting under a proclamation to end toxic masculinity. A Naval Academy veteran is showing the truth of what is going on in Portland, Oregon, by taking a beating from federal officers. And I think we can hear Rue’s whistle from Hunger Games.
Episode two is intense and may stir your emotions, but nothing worthwhile is without a side effect or two. Original music by Seattle to Sydney, Avocado Combat, Kevin Knapp, and Johnny.

Unprecedented, unprecedented! We keep hearing unprecedented, but how does it feel? What is my emotional reaction? What are people experiencing but not expressing? How are you doing today? These are the questions we begin to ask. We dare to explore the wide spectrums of challenges people are facing in 2020. One minute it is activism on a global scale, then it’s the internal difficulty of family relationships, and in between, we deal with the death of sports. Original music moves around the narrative, and when we think we may have arrived at a defining moment, a new sound strikes sweeping us off to another land. So it begins.
