It's about the story you tell yourself about a situation you're skeptical of. Jealousy is a naturally feeling, but it is important to learn how to channel the feelings of jealousy and envy into constructive feelings. In this episode I discuss what I've learned about feeling jealousy VS acting jealous. It's a lot easier for us to control our actions over our feelings.  If you can learn and understand how to deal with your jealousy, you can use it as a way to consider your values. #4 My Fitness Journey (part 1)
I've learned a lot over the last 2 years since I started working out consistently. If you don't know much about how to build muscle and burn fat in healthy ways, it can be challenging to get the results you desire. Unfortunately my journey started out rough. I wanted to make myself as small as possible, and I did not treat my body the way I should've. If any of you are struggling with or have struggled with disordered eating in the past, you are not alone! The road to recovery is not easy, it does not happen fast, but I am here to tell you that is IS POSSIBLE and it IS WORTH IT! I encourage you all to go the extra mile to take better care of your body. Creating a disciplined lifestyle and routine is all about having proper balance. The goal is to prioritize what's most important, but not by neglecting the things that make you happy. Your mental, physical and social health are all equally as important, and you cannot grow in one area while you are neglecting the others. Be gracious with yourself as you take a step back and look at how you've allowed yourself to spend your time. As you move forward, remember that discipline is a verb. It is an action!
