My name is Eddie Kiester, but my friends call me "TeddyEd". I am on a journey to take my life back. At 42, I’m on a journey to take control of my mental and physical health. A journey I share with 70 million American adults. Fighting obesity is a lonely, isolating, journey, due to the shame and fear that go with the battle. However, it doesn't need to be. I am going to share my journey, with the knowledge that many of you will find solidarity in my vulnerability.
