My name is Eddie Kiester, but my friends call me "TeddyEd". I am on a journey to take my life back. At 42, I’m on a journey to take control of my mental and physical health. A journey I share with 70 million American adults. Fighting obesity is a lonely, isolating, journey, due to the shame and fear that go with the battle. However, it doesn't need to be. I am going to share my journey, with the knowledge that many of you will find solidarity in my vulnerability. Some episodes will make you think, or feel, or laugh... so join me and lets do this together.
