I have listened to this podcast faithfully since it launched last year, even though I’m not exactly a member of the target demographic. I’m an online adjunct faculty member at an ABHE institution. I’m not an administrator, but I do teach writing and research skills to students in the M.A. in higher education program—plus, I just find the inner workings of higher ed fascinating, and important for anyone who works in this sector, regardless of their role. I love how candid the conversations are on this podcast, and Philip Dearborn is a fantastic interviewer (and I’m impressed with his willingness to do this podcast every week, since I think a lot of organizational presidents would consider themselves too busy to host a podcast). Most importantly, the podcast is biblically faithful, and I am always encouraged in my Christian faith when I listen to it. Well done, ABHE, and keep it coming!
