This podcast is one of the very few hospitality industry podcasts that I listen to and LOVE! Brittni and Tommy have a great banter and a wealth of knowledge to share. I love the variety of guests they have and the game time segment is really fun too. I don’t think there’s been an episode yet that I haven’t literally laughed out loud. Keep up the great work Brittni and Tommy! ❤️

The best podcast to listen to while polishing silverware or folding napkins! Or after one of those shifts where it seem like none of the patrons have ever eaten in a restaurant before. You know the kind that ask questions like “are there onions in the pot pie” and when you answer yes they ask “are they pearl onions” and then your questioning yourself like “are pearl onions normally in a pot pie?” “Do I not know the basis of cuisine?” “Who would put whole pearl onions in a pot pie?” “When was the last time I saw a pearl onion?”. Then you snap back to reality and realize you’ve been staring at the table with a stank face the entire time and The woman just looks at you and says “this is the way I must eat” and you wonder how you haven’t committed homicide yet!

Brittni and Tommy are hilarious and each episode has been thoroughly entertaining. I’m no longer in the industry but listening to BTDubs stories makes me lol for real. Congrats you two, keep it up!

The rhetoric is similar to a delicious dessert. The kind you think you can’t have, after a three course meal, but soon find exploding in your mouth with flavor and juiciness. It ends. You simultaneously feel pleasure and shame, swearing that it’s your last time, knowing that it is not. They drop the check. They’ve comped the dessert. How much do you tip? It doesn’t matter. You leave feeling dirty.... because you are dirty.
