We will explore relationships with High Conflict people of all types - think narcissists, sociopaths and folks with borderline and histrionics personality disorders. These people show up in our daily lives in the form of romantic partners, parents, co-workers, friends and neighbors. This podcast is intended to do two things: help others in a similar situations to not feel 'crazy', but rather validated and hopefully prevent more victims of high conflict people. Not everyone who escapes a relationship with a high conflict person has the opportunity to validate their experience with those who have walked before them.If you think you or someone you love is in a relationship with a high conflict person, it is our goal to help vaccinate yourself with information on how to spot and avoid or escape a high conflict person. When the red flags stack up, don't ignore them. Talk to your friends, family and a licensed therapist for perspective. High conflict people are exceptionally skilled at explaining things away - and even amongst the most discerning, they are easily believed. Trust your gut and know your worth.
