Our Mental Health Hero today is Gino Gradkowski. He was a 4th round draft pick to the Baltimore Ravens out of college and played 7 years in the NFL. Today we talk about the experience of mental health for athletes. We dig into Gino’s transition out of the NFL and what led him to seek therapy for himself.
