Bad backs are one on the most common reasons people come to yoga in the first place. Recently around 65% of my students come and try yoga to help relieve back, neck and shoulder tension from sitting for extended periods of time.
Working from home and a more sedentary lifestyle over lockdown has played havoc on peoples backs.
