In this podcast we will talk about spinal health and the importance of moving the body mindfully  to relive a bad back. And how yoga can be massively beneficial to keeping your spine young, flexible and injury free. 
 
Bad backs are one on the most common reasons people come to yoga in the first place. Recently around 65% of my students come and try yoga to help relieve back, neck and shoulder tension from sitting for extended periods of time.

Working from home and a more sedentary lifestyle over lockdown has played havoc on peoples backs.
