On episode 82 of Beyond Labels & Limitations, John Graybill shared how just when he thought he was mature, at 44, his button pusher showed up, sending him back to his 12 year old self. It's hard to see the lessons the button pusher show us when it's happening. The important part however is not what they say but rather how it effects you and why are you effected by it. John gives examples from his life, and within the past week, where situations came up and he reacted. What John discovered was how important it was to look at the thoughts that had arisen and questioned them.
