Make sure your kids are not around for this one. lol Depending on the stage of your relationship, sex can be very different. In this episode, we talk about sex before, during and after pregnancy. These are based on our experience alone (as women) and we do understand that the experience may be different from person to person.  Sex is not a topic that we find is talked about enough and we hope that this episode opens a can of worms for you to start having real conversations that matter.

We absolutely loved this episode. We have an interesting conversation about where we got the narratives that has shaped the way we think about our bodies and how we are working to change shift parts of that narrative for those coming after us.

These past almost two years have been very interesting to say the very least. It has brought out the so many emotion in all of us.
