Karin Draper
“In my early 20s I won an award with the Associated Collegiate Press (ACP) for a feature story I wrote on divorce in the evangelical community that highlighted the story of a woman's experience with divorce while parenting teenage triplets. That emotional two-hour interview with my interview confirmed that I wanted to be an active healer rather than a by-standing reporter, and I signed up to be a residential counselor in a group home for teen girls grappling with addiction and gang involvement. I believe that my own personal experience with childhood trauma gave me both the grit and the depth to create the space needed for such intensive healing, and it's from my own healing and authenticity that I continue to practice. These days my passion is working with other healers and supporting adults who want healthier relationships -- whether they are in one, recently out of one, or desperately pining for one -- which almost always begins with relationship to the self first. “To learn more about Karin and the great work she does, please click here. Melissa Middlebrook
“I’m a modern psychotherapist and  registered yoga teacher who’s treatment approach is holistic in nature — meaning I work collaboratively with clients to integrate body, mind, and nervous system to foster healing. My compassionate but direct approach allows me to work with a variety of clients, but I specializes in working with adults and young adults struggling with what they may identify as depression, anxiety, panic attack symptoms, feeling “stuck”, self-worth issues, life adjustment, and trauma survivors. In my free time, you can find me teaching yin yoga, spending quality time outside by the water, traveling, reading, or re-defining what it means to be a cool cat lady.”To learn more about Melissa and the great work she does, please click here. Mallory Grimste
“Hi- I’m Mallory and I’m a real licensed mental health therapist with a practice in Woodbridge, CT. The teens I work with come to me because they’re struggling with perfectionism, overwhelm and loneliness. I love getting to bring them together in Teen Girl Therapy Groups because I know how important it is to be connected and know you are not alone! When I’m not in counseling sessions or making mental health videos (insert shameless plug to go subscribe to my YouTube channel hehe), you can usually find me popping in to pick up my Starbucks mobile order, walking my pup, or binging on the latest Netflix show my teens tell me I just “have to” watch. “To learn more about Mallory and the great work she does, please click hereSocial Media: Insta @mallorygrimste | Facebook

Maha Nasrallah-Babenko
“I've been in practice for 10 years, from London, to Lebanon, then Dubai, New York, and now Orange County. I love that there is always something new to learn - I've recently started practicing Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy and am continuously fascinated by how powerful working with animals can be. I find great joy when clients experience a deeper connection with themselves and their partners. I enjoy going hiking and climbing with my husband and dog, and love weightlifting and aerial silks/hoop, and am a huge foodie :)”To learn more about Maha and the great work she does, please click here. Paul McCandless
“ Being a therapist is a second career for me. My first career was in the sporting goods business selling, as the adage goes in the business, socks and jocks. After reaching the age of 40, I finally decided it would be a good time for me to grow up. All I wanted to be after choosing to grow up was to be a therapist. Voila! My other great accomplishment is on-going and that is being a father who, I think, my kids enjoy having in their lives now that they’ve reached adulthood. I’ve been divorced and remarried after 15 years of single-hood to my current wife Sandy who is also a therapist and my business partner. ”To learn more about Paul and the great work he does, please click here.
