Tim is back from his trip to Spain and the boys take the opportunity to talk about all things travel when it comes to your health. They chat about strategies to maintain your nutrition, physical well-being, and training while on vacation. Strategies and topics include:

- Progressively overload your step count before your vacation.

- Make an effort to maintain a high step count.

- Actively try to make your vacation routine similar to your at home routine.

- Skip meals if you're not hungry. 

- Look for high protein appetizers and entrees. 

- Stay well-hydrated and limit alcohol intake.

- Enjoy yourself, it's a vacation after all :)
