I think this is a great podcast Cat & Carson ✨ such a cool couple. I think they are authentic and it is easy to enjoy listening to them talk about their life in Hawaii, amazing travel and athletic careers in a way that is very relatable and informative and interesting and charming.

The Be Rad podcast is just as titled, rad! I just found this podcast and I’m excited to become a regular listener. The vibes are genuine and relaxed with really rich conversation around running and life.

I was moderately skeptical given the very large amount of newish running podcasts out there, and especially as many of the new ones seem to struggle with quality. This one was different! Great quality of both conversations and sound. Clearly a bunch of excellent people with interesting stories to tell, and Cat does really well with the interviews. Will definitely get added to my go to list.

However, The vocal fry is a bit exhausting.

Lots of “you knows” and “ums” and “yeahs” constantly. Content is great but the valley girl drawl makes it impossible to listen to without getting slightly annoyed.

I love this ‘cast. All things running and trail. Great insight and humor. Loving the Cat interviewing these Dope athletes.

Just starting out but so far I love it. Great style. Good discussion. Keep it up!! We need more women podcasters!!!!

I have seen and heard her interviewed before , but felt like you got into some different areas talking with her. I loved the back and forth conversation and look forward to future podcasts!
