A Message for the New Year: It’s Okay to Change Your Mind (+ A Special Announcement)
I’ve gone from being a therapist to a coach, to a tv show host to a podcast host, and the list goes on.Those labels made me safe. And as I’m coming into my own, I’ve been thinking about all the things I have been putting my effort into - and while I love doing them - I’ve realized that my journey going forward is going to look a bit different.I have a big announcement in today’s episode of the Being Human podcast. And as the year comes to a close, one thing I really want you to get from listening to this episode is that it’s okay to change your mind.As we grow, we will shed, shift and say hello to so many things. The new year is a perfect time to ask yourself the same questions I’m asking myself, which you’ll hear more about as you listen to the episode.Xoxo, VasaviResources and Links from your show host, Vasavi Kumar:Join the Real Rich community here: http://vasavikumar.com/membershipConnect with Vasavi on Instagram: @mynameisvasavi---------Vasavi Kumar leads the coaching industry with 10 years of experience and has helped thousands of women overcome major life obstacles to create new heights of success. The Real Reason You’re Not Showing Up on Camera: Intimacy with Other Human Beings
The intimacy required to show up on camera is very real.Yeah, you might be speaking through a computer screen, but truly connecting with the humans around you or on the internet can feel paralyzing - so much so that we actually avoid it altogether. That intimacy terrifies us.We want to be seen and do everything we can to avoid it.Connecting to the humans? 🚫Nope. Nope. Absolutely not. So we hide from the camera, using the lighting, hair, makeup, or confidence excuse when we’re afraid of what strangers, family, or friends will think.Your ability to connect with humans in every area of life impacts your ability to be camera confident, which is why I’m diving deep into this topic in today’s episode of the Being Human with Vasavi podcast.Plus, I’m going to share how you can actually get excited to show up on camera and release some of that intimacy fear along the way.Resources and Links from your show host, Vasavi Kumar:Join the Real Rich community here: http://vasavikumar.com/membershipConnect with Vasavi on Instagram: @mynameisvasavi---------Vasavi Kumar leads the coaching industry with 10 years of experience and has helped thousands of women overcome major life obstacles to create new heights of success. How to Get Over What People Think of You and Show Up on Camera
We put a lot of pressure on ourselves to perform. We primp in the mirror, set up our background to look nice, and think we have to speak perfectly to really be “good” on camera. It’s all bullsh*t.👉🏼 The fear behind this is that we’re afraid of what people will think of us.Of our messy home or the acne on our face. That we don’t know EVERYTHING about everything. How we might sound stupid or not be interesting. And isn’t that just ridiculous when you think about it?Something so trivial as someone else’s ideas about us being the thing that’s stopping us from attracting our ideal audience and making bank?Getting #RealRich - being you and getting paid - has to drive you more than the fear of what that person might think of you.(P.S. It’s not your business what they think of you anyway, so release it.)Until we can fully release it though, I want you to have a few ways you can show up, build that confidence muscle and become a more self-expressed version of yourself, which you’ll learn in today’s podcast episode.Resources and Links from your show host, Vasavi Kumar:Join the Real Rich community here: http://vasavikumar.com/membershipConnect with Vasavi on Instagram: @mynameisvasavi---------Vasavi Kumar leads the coaching industry with 10 years of experience and has helped thousands of women overcome major life obstacles to create new heights of success. How to Batch Create Videos, Stories, Reels & Other Content with My Confident Content Creation Process
I used to create my content on the fly, which left me always feeling secretly overwhelmed and busy.At the time, I felt like it was just how I operated. I felt damn good at my job, proud I was able to do it all myself, but I knew there were other things I wanted to focus on.I wanted freedom to publish whenever I felt the inspiration AND also have my feed filled with all this content I created.I didn’t want to constantly show up on video or on IG stories if I didn’t have the energy for it.And I wanted my content to get more bang for its buck. Then I got 4 months ahead in my content, allowing me to shift to something I loved even more in my business. Now I’m sharing my Confident Content Creation Process in today’s episode of the Being Human with Vasavi podcast. I’m diving into how to use this process to batch create reels, videos, instagram stories, and even a few tips to make this whole content creation approach a little easier.Because why not lean into an easier way to show up online?Resources and Links from your show host, Vasavi Kumar:Join the Real Rich community here: http://vasavikumar.com/membershipConnect with Vasavi on Instagram: @mynameisvasavi---------Vasavi Kumar leads the coaching industry with 10 years of experience and has helped thousands of women overcome major life obstacles to create new heights of success.
