Join us as we interview Fight Fitness coach Carrie Li. In this episode we learn about Carrie's journey from competitive badminton to fitness. How she actually started as a Fight Fit client years ago and re-joined the community as an intern to become a full fledged coach. We also answer questions from our clients:

Carrie Li is a Fitness Coach at Fight Fitness who works with clients to help them achieve their goals whether it be weight loss, jump training or performance enhancement. 

Carrie believes that having the right coach, setting SMART goals and having a positive mindset is what allows clients to push and challenge their own limits to become stronger and healthier.

Carrie started her career as a Certified Personal Trainer a year ago. She began her journey with Fight Fitness through the internship program and graduated into a Coach with the Fight Fit Family.

Carrie is a Certified Personal Trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine and is a Certified Level 1 Kickboxing Coach through Fight Fitness.

Carrie holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Hospitality and Tourism Management and a minor of Human Resources Management through Ryerson University.
