The Jewish people had been waiting for the Messiah to come for hundreds of years and they were expecting him to be someone that would once again establish Israel as it's own kingdom. They were looking for a king. Jesus came as that King, but he didn't look or act as they expected. In this sermon series we look at Jesus as King through the Gospel of Mark.
