Season 2 update...
Little update... It has been 2 months exactly since we released our Season 2 teaser episode and we haven't published a full episode yet - we're sorry that we haven't been able to knuckle down and create something that's ready for the world to hear. This "episode" is just a quick download to why we've been so quiet, but it's also a promise that we WILL release new episodes. When that will happen, I can't say for now, but we're so grateful for the love and support we still get.   Much love, Garth & Adrian ❤️ The intro & outro jingle was made by Ricki Allemann - you can contact him via email at [email protected].

#6 One of the best brands on Twitter (w/ John Thornton)
The @innocent account on Twitter is one of the top 10 social media brands in the world, but who is the person who writes those magic Tweets for them? His name is John Thornton and we ask him some serious and not-so-serious questions about himself as a copywriter and all about Innocent Smoothies. John also gives us a taste of the ingredients needed for that special-smoothie-sauce, for making such a social media account as successful as theirs.   If you have any questions or ideas for future episodes, you can email us at [email protected] or send a voice note when you follow the link below or send voice notes to our Whatsapp on +27 84 645 7236.
