This podcast started out of a need to connect people who have been through similar life experiences. It is a place to share your story and to know that you are not alone. We share how we overcome our most difficult trials through our faith in Jesus Christ.

I've struggled with allergies, autoimmune issues, and SIBO. It has taken over 10 years to get answers and was very stressful not knowing what was going on for those years. I will discuss my journey : the doctors, remedies, and the current steps I am taking now that I have my diagnoses. Today, I am feeling very well- I can manage/prevent flare ups and I believe that the underlying issues are being resolved.
