Did You Unwind? Ft. Mina
Season 3 is that you? We cannot believe that we are now 3 seasons in, but we are excited! Today Geralda Emm sat down with the Founder of Woman UnWind. Minajahrae Whynter Martin, is a 26 year old powerhouse of a CEO from the Bronx, New York. Her story and series of real life experiences helped to shape her into the woman she is today. As a child she was the victim of a number of hardships that would have made the average person turn into a cold hearted human being. But, Minajahrae knew she was always born to be a light for others and her past was only a period of her life. She allowed the pain of her past to fuel her into finding her purpose and making sure she fulfilled that purpose while she was alive and able to. From that passion and purpose soul searching journey Woman unWind was born. Woman unWind stands as a pillar of healing for Minajahrae and every other woman who has been through similar hardships in life and no longer want to be a victim, but a victor. She single handedly made a platform for women of color to heal from trauma while having a support system and tools to help them along the way. She often uses the term “journey to becoming our best selves” to remind her tribe of Gems that the goal is always the same - be your best in ALL things. She strives to grow the brand to be a worldwide impact of community and events to reach women who also know they were born with a greater purpose and want to fulfill the things they are passionate about. CEO's Can't Avoid Rock Bottom
KNOWING IS ONE THING, BEING IS ANOTHER🤍  After two to three long years of constant transition would you believe me that I’m now starting to feel like myself again. Its like I was here but not here. I launched businesses but used them to distract me from feeling and moving on. I resisted the change knowing I was uncomfortable but I was too scared to leave my cocoon. The things that we go through that hurt us are just our lessons, there’s always another shell to break and flight to take. Follow your truth, where you’ll be in the future is by choice. The only way to be in alignment with your destiny is by following your truth. Not the people you see and know nor by the materialistic things you own but by allowing yourself to grow. 🦋Don't forget to subscribe, rate and  leave a review xoxo Sabriena C.

Trademark 101
When we get the brilliant idea we don't often think about the possibility of having too legally protect what we create and share on the internet. We spend hundreds to get websites and logo's created and it sometimes slips our minds that we need to protect those things. Just last year I had my own wake up call with taking the extra steps to protect m digital content. I was out of that experience I became fascinated with Intellectual Property Law. A little bit before my experience I stumbled across this beautiful instagram page of an attorney by the name of Zara Watson Esq. Zara is a creative intellectual Property Attorney here in NYC  she is the Founder of Zara Watson Law- a law firm designed to empower and equip digital entrepreneurs with tools to protect and safely grow their businesses. As an entrepreneur herself Zara understands the challenges associated with starting and running a business from scratch. I hope you all enjoy todays episode and it helps guide you in protecting yourself and business. For more information on Trademarks and Copyrights visit Zara's instagram @Zarawatsonlaw With love, Your fave CEO Sabriena C.
