I met Adam a little over a year ago and I honestly don’t believe he was ever shy. From the first moment you meet him, he is always super warm, genuine, and caring. He is a hugger so he goes around the whole gym giving everyone a hug and just makes you feel like you are part of this huge family. It’s been a blessing getting to know him and everyone else at Epic Fitness. It’s an amazing tribe and Adam leads by example.
