Paul's story is about the American dream. He came to America when he was 17 and found a love for endurance sports. He's had to overcome some bad habits he developed during the pandemic when all the races were shut down. He found his way to Epic and found a community of like-minded crazies. He took his nutrition to a new level and now setting massive goals.
