I cannot believe it's been three years since I was forced to shut the doors of my business to stop the spread of the coronavirus. I have never experienced some of the mental health issues I have faced, and these are some of the tools I've used to help combat depression and anxiety. Don't settle for doing the minimum because taking care of your health is the 1 and only job we have on earth.
