Lessons from 'Meditations' by Marcus Aurelius. Aurelius was a Roman Emperor (161 AD - 180AD) and a Stoic philosopher. Meditation is a collection of personal writings during his time as Emperor. He acquired the title Philosopher King during his lifetime.
