What am I currently doing that is helping me in this particular area of my life. (Working with a mentor, learning something new, signed up for a workshop
Let’s stop this story that’s playing in your mind on repeat and let’s meditate on finding clarity. I challenge you to carve out 15-30 minutes to sit in silence with no technology or distractions. Just you, a paper, a pen (and maybe Jesus if it’s you are feeling like you can’t carry the weight)
The only way you will get out of your current state physically and mentally is by making small steps towards something new. You deserve everything good in life that you desire and can persevere. I believe in you and I’m cheering you on!
