A gift to anyone who loves to read or write. It's wonderful to hear authors talk about their works this way-- the interviewers ask good questions. What I love most is that I always have time for it -- for an investment of less than an hour (sometimes much less) I can be educated, inspired, and excited about reading something new that I might not have heard about through the usual channels.

This podcast is awesome, Lindsay and Amy have found authors from all walks and keep the conversation light, moving, and informative. With Colbert and Stewart no longer in the game, it's nice to know authors still have platforms like this to promote their work

My favorite thing about listening to the Beaks and Geeks podcast is that the authors and interviewers sound like they're having a blast together. It provides a completely different perspective on all of the authors and their work. The subjects covered by the authors interviewed are varied and fun for all, whether you've read the book or not.

I really enjoy hearing from the authors in these podcasts! All too often I speculate about the authors of the books I read but I never really get a chance to connect with them on another level. This podcast is a really cool way for me to learn a bit more about their inspirations and experiences. I also really enjoy Lindsay's eloquence, she has such a great voice for radio/podcast.

Really excellent podcast. The interviews with the authors are very interesting and provides great insight into the stories they have written, and engaging tidbits into their lives, inside and outside of writing. Highly recommend, even if you aren't avid reader.
