We have arrived to the apex of Paul's greeting to the Roman Christians. Here we see both the source of our faith and it's journey through the ages. Answering the question: What does it mean to be "unashamed" of the Gospel? Let's jump in!

As we continue in the opening statements of Paul, we see the purpose of why Paul longs and desires to see them. And as we read we see some questions presented:What does mean to be encouraged by Faith?Who is preventing Paul?And why is Paul under "obligation"?These are the questions at hand today!

Today we start a new monthly segment talking about the Church! More specifically what the Church should be doing on Sunday morning gatherings. On these monthly segments we will have a guest on to discuss these ideas and today we have Pastor Ryan Bigham from Smyrna TN.When it comes to the church, over the past few decades, we have seen programing and business methods enter in. Is this a good thing? Has this helped or hurt the Church? But perhaps the most important question, what does God say about the Church?

Today we ask ourselves a very pointed question in the life of the Christian. If God is sovereign, why should we pray? We look at what prayer is and how it is expressed in the Bible. For some this shifts our understanding of what prayer is and how it was taught to us. But in the end this question rings, what is prayer?

In what ways did Paul serve the Lord with his spirit? Can we do that too? If so, what does that look like? What does it mean that Paul, in his witness, spoke of them often? These are the questions at hand today!
