Monotone
I just learned about this show and it sounds like you are reading instead of talking to the listeners. Also you don’t seem to be very excited about it, sounds like more of a college lecture I’m listening to. The main reason I can’t listen is because you omit your Ts when speaking. This isn’t the podcast for me.

SPED teachers need this
Being a SPED teacher can be lonely sometimes, especially if you are a secondary teacher that has to travel from one classroom to another. Sometimes you’re the only teacher who understands a particular child and you become their champion. This podcast is a great mentorship that you might be lacking in your school situation. Dawn is a thorough, patient educator. Her knowledge and expertise shines through!
