What are you telling yourself? What are you allowing others to convince you of? Our mindset and happiness is so dependent upon us protecting what we allow into our ears. In this podcast I speak to this and also announce the future of this podcast. It has been a while as I took the summer off. As we near the winter months, I will be looking to get back to this once a week. This time, I will be looking to do it through YouTube as I have had many tell me how much they like it and yet don't chime in. With the absence of video, I have learned most tune out and would tune in of given the visual. For this reason, I look forward to connecting in via YouTube once I get up on that. Until then, cheers and be intentional; intentionally you!

Special Addition: Everyone has different life situations. Different life situations tend to lead to each individual adopting their own limiting beliefs. Reject your oppressive limiting beliefs and find your leverage. I assure you, if you transition away from your limiting beliefs and over to your leverage, you will hit goals and find your increase. If you haven't listened to it yet, or even if you have - it would be a great one to go back on and listen to, but check out one of my favorite episodes, "The I Factor" as it is a good one to couple with this one. When doing these podcasts, one of my objectives is to be thought provoking and it is my hope that others can be inspired to be the same. Being thought provoking is a great way to challenge ouselves and lets face it, when we go unchecked or un challenged, we can find ourselves stagnant or even in a decline. I share some personal life information that normally I wouldn't, but felt it was a good way to help highlight things in this podcast. Hope you enjoy and find value in this.

Time is the most valuable commodity. Once spent, we will never get it back. Time is also perhaps the most disrespected aspect in life. We fail to respect our time. We fail to respect the time of others. We also fail to even acknowledge this as we find ourselves "busy". Most peoples focus with time is being "busy" and very often, busy is the worst thing you can do. You lose opportunity in one area as you remain busy in another area that is sucking the life out of you. This podcast is not to tell anyone what to, or how to do something. This podcast seeks to be thought provoking and help us, through many open ended questions, to challenge ourselves. Todays open ended questions is, "Where is your focus"... Be intentional with your focus and become intentionally you!

"What you focus on expands". How are you tracking your progress? How often are you tracking it? To be intentional, intentionally you, it is important to know where you are and where you are headed. Tracking also allows us to make needed adjustments. In this podcast I discuss, with open ended questions, how important it is to track what you do.

"It is impossible for someone else to piss you off. It is your belief on how they should act, speak, believe, etc that upsets you. So, next time you get upset, check your own beliefs".... People get upset over just about everything, regardless of how small. In the end, you are in control and I encourage you to take control. By empowering yourself, you allow yourself to put out to others what you want back. If you are routinely getting back what you don't want, take a step back and look at how you are treating and talking to others. We are an emotional being. Most people think through their emotions. Most people react through their emotions. Most people make decisions based on emotions. Those around you know this and therefore they tap into your emotions. Take control and tap into your own. Emotions are a feeling and again, you are in control of your feelings. Be intentional, intentionally you!

In statistics 101 you learn that statistics is the easiest thing to manipulate. Because most people don't understand how to interpret and digest statistics, I often see and hear people throwing out statistics that, while are 100 percent true, are also 100 percent not relevant to the subject matter that they use them for. Most people seek information that supports what they want to believe and will tell them that they are "right", even if that specific information is the wrong info to be going off of. Supportive info over truth is what, perhaps most seek as they allow their bias to lead them over objective, thought provoking, and inquisitive mindset. Part of being intentional, intentionally you, is to challenge yourself and your mindset. Challenging yourself more than you do others in efforts to make sure that you are genuinely coming from a place of understanding and even more importantly, WANTING to come from a place of understanding is prudent. My email is [email protected]. I am going to be starting to do a weekly (every Monday morning) podcast instead of once a day. I would rather have fewer podcasts with more substance than more podcasts with less substance. Looking forward to Monday and in the meantime, be intentional, intentionally you!

Do you have grit? Grit is derived from passion and is what will ensure for your success in what ever it is you seek. To be intentional, intentionally you it is important to follow your passion and by following your passion, you will naturally embrace grit... Thought provoking session that speaks towards our road to achieving our goals, and our perceptions/ judgements of those that have already reached their dreams. Be sure to be intentional, intentionally you, and don't be afraid of personal success. As silly as that sounds, many do fear success as everything around them changes and in general, we as a people are complacent where we are, even if we don't like where we are.

I initially said "Taking the Blame". Responsibility is a better word. Are you taking real responsibility or are you embracing the blame society that points fingers at everyone and everything other than you? Taking responsibility allows you to maintain control, gain trust, and maintain respect. I spoke last week about "The I factor". This podcast speaks to a the interior factor over exterior factor as well. To be intentional, we must embrace the interior factor. Be intentional, intentionally you!
