Why do we give numbers so much meaning about us, our business and worthiness?

Today, we’re getting a little geeky and talking about numbers. I’m taking the sting out of those vanity metrics like money in the bank, monthly earnings or the number of followers you have. 

Numbers are DATA! Let me repeat that, the number of followers you have is data and nothing more, unless you give it meaning. Take the emotion out of the data and you can make sound decisions for your business.
