Episode 11- The Rainbow Connection
The boys are back with another episode of the Be Happy or Die Trying show. They talk about finding peace in life by relating to music. They dive deep into the song "The Rainbow Connection" and take some lessons from the meaning of it. They also talk about having Stockholm syndrome with depression in the sense that after a while you actively stop trying to fight it and in some ways you make friends with it. They finish by talking about how the only way to get through depression is to put yourself out there for the things that make you happy.

Episode 7- We'll Never Stop This Train/Living in the Moment
This is easily the most heartfelt episode that we've ever done. We talk about what it actually means to live in the moment and how we're both terrible at it. Dan says that he spends 95% of his time dwelling on the past and worrying about his future. Paul said that "living in the moment is to be aware of your surroundings and actively have an effect on it." We talk about our attempts to stop this train but the only way to truly fight against the speed that life moves at is to embrace the moment we're all living in. Give this episode a listen and share it with someone who needs it!
