If you think you know it all, then how will you grow?

The ancient Masters didn’t try to educate the people, but kindly taught them to not-know. When they think that they know the answers, people are difficult to guide. When they know that they don’t know, people can find their own way. ~ Tao Te Ching translated by Stephen Mitchell

Suzi dives deeper into being a know-it-all and letting go of having to always have the answers. The one size fits all diagnosis and treatment is not helpful to those struggling. Everyone is different in their recovery and managing their symptoms. Everyone has a different story of how they got to this point in their life. Tune in to learn more about learning your own story, the importance of individualized treatment and exploring what works for YOU to recover to a place of Being Crazy Well.

Culture matters, context matters. What you grew up with matters. We need less judgment and more understanding why it's important to put everything in context of where you are now versus where you've been.

The superpower is wanting to know and admitting you don't know.

Suzi's challenge: Have the courage to talk about what happened and how it affected you! You deserve to heal and be the person you want to be and create the life you want to live.

Contact Suzi at [email protected] if you want to be a guest on Be Crazy Well Podcast. She wants the people, as they say, with boots on the ground, in the field. For people who are doing the hard work at home in families and in relationships, bring in your wisdom, bring in your struggles.
