- To me, podcasts in their own way are changing the world and I want to be a part of helping people learn from this form of content marketing.
- Get help if you need it.
- Think of a podcast as a place where the people listening to your podcast think of you as someone they trust.
- You may not even need to make money off podcasts if you know how to speak to 50 or 100 people each week.
- Podcasting is still a great idea.
- Podcasting is a long term investment.
- If you are not ready to podcast every week or every other week for the next six months to a year, don’t even start.
- You need that long to build an audience.
- With the podcast, people are spending a lot of time with you.
- The podcast is the space for you to build really powerful relationships.
- The biggest mistakes most entrepreneurs and even podcasters make are; taking too long trying to be perfect. They spend too long agonizing about what they are going to make, what they are going to talk about on their podcast and they don’t just start.
- You gotta start early.
- Think of your podcast as your main content, as your main body of work.
- If you are not an expert on something, anything in your business…someone needs to be doing it.

Her expertise lies in hiring and managing in your Zone of Genius.

- If you are not spending 80% of your genius, there is no way you are going to burnout because your genius does not drain you, it's giving you energy.
- Just because you are outsourcing does not mean you are not good at that.
- " I believe everyone deserves support".
- I've hired people that were too similar to me and we duplicated our weaknesses, that was pretty challenging.
- The key to avoiding burnouts is working with your outsourcing geniuses.
- Recognize the element of your business which energies you because that's going to fill you.
