Bubba and Toby are a great compliment to each other! They have a smooth, easy rapport that helps deliver strong analysis in a really easily listenable way

Enjoy how you mix strategy as well as player discussion.

But the show sound super amateurish. There are so many baseball podcasts now you can't get away with putting no effort into sound quality so I wish they would improve their gear But other than that Toby seems really cool, Bubba is nice but definitely has an old fashioned viewpoint and although I dont thnk he means bad hes sometimes comes across as ignorant. Five stars for the actual baseball advice though, good stuff

FIRSTLY, THEY ARE CALLED STEALS, NOT "stolen bases." YOU GUYS SOUND LIKE MORONS USING FOUR SYLLABLES TO SAY "stolen bases" instead of *one* syllable to say "STEALS," like every other baseball fan in human history calls them. Truly annoying and pathetic. Also, this podcast in general is amateurish with poor sound quality in which the volume of the two hosts' voices are not equal, Toby is apparently using a bargain-basement mic, and "bubba" has the unlistenable speaking voice that sounds like it belongs to a guy named "bubba." That last part is what really kills me when trying to listen to this pod -- not only is bubba's deep monotone voice like nails on a chalkboard for me, but his personality and contribution of overly-general or obvious statements make him a very bad host.

I had to use the Apple podcast app to listen to the latest episode, so here I am giving my long overdue 5-star review! I’d give it 20 stars if I could. Don’t even hesitate if you’re thinking about giving this a listen!

One of my favorite baseball pods. The guys are thoughtful and always manage to tie big picture strategy into individual player analysis. Also love that they go out of their way to answer questions and interact with the audience. Thumbs Up

There are many reasons to listen to a fantasy baseball podcast. I like the way Toby thinks about players and talks about what he thinks. He’s insightful and interesting.

Both hosts bring really good information and have thoughtful discussions. I really enjoyed the discussion on building 1b/3b/CI in aggregate, and if you go expensive for a 3b, maybe pull back on the 1b so you aren’t short elsewhere, but still get a solid 1b. I think this was the first base 2021 preview. Advanced stats are discussed, and applied well. Draft strategy is often missing in fantasy podcasts, but not here. Note: This review was edited. My previous review included notes about technical issues, but they jumped right on those and fixed it. Thanks guys!

Found the pod last spring and they have been a welcomed addition to my fantasy baseball go to. Keep up the great work guys.

The 2 hosts do a great job breaking down fantasy baseball from an analytical perspective. I particularly like when they answer listener submitted questions, which most podcasts either don’t do or rush through.

How have I not written a review yet? Toby is amazing and clearly a great fantasy high stakes player. Love his information and his podcast is a must listen.

Information is on point. Increasing volume of the podcasts would be helpful, as hard to make out with any background noise.

Bat Flip crazy pod brings well thought out and data driven opinions on players and strategies. A nice listen. Complimentary to guests and nice exchange with Toby and Bubba when together. Must listen for fantasy baseball.

They get right to the analysis. No BS. No 10 minute recap of what they did the last weekend. So refreshing.

When they set data driven, they mean it. Format is excellent, analysis on point, and both have a lot of fun doing it together.

This is the best fantasy baseball podcast I’ve listened to. Just started listening to several this year and this by far the best! They really break down every position and player to get you ready for draft day!

This pod is for people who love fantasy baseball. Advanced stats galore but it is balanced with superb knowledge and is super digestible even for the layman. Enjoy!

They are called STEALS, not “stolen bases” — at least when every other human being refers to them when speaking... U guys use four syllables to say “stolen bases,” instead of one to simply call them “steals” (like every other baseball fan during my 30 years on this earth. It reminds me of the pathetic football commentators who call it “THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE,” instead of simply saying The NFL”; who call it “THE FOOTBALL FIELD” instead of “the field”; who always say “RUN THE FOOTBALL” instead of just “run the ball”; who say “THE SAN FRANCISCO 49ers” instead of just saying “the 49ers” or “niners”... You guys remind me of the 3rd-grader who is writing in complete sentences on his homework bc his teacher told him to “make sure you write in complete sentences!”..: But no one talks like that and you sound moronic.

Just started listening a few weeks ago because these guys are already pumping out some fantastic fantasy baseball content while other analysts have yet to shift their focus away from football. I’m really enjoying the content, their positional previews have been awesome. I really like the listener questions they answer and also that they’re not afraid to go long with the podcast. This podcast is great and contains detailed looks at players including the key metrics which can help explain past performance and focus in on their upcoming value. Toby does a great job explaining and weaving in his opinion - but he let's the listener ultimately decide.

I just started listening yesterday after Vlad Sedler’s request, and I can’t believe I hadn’t already had this in my regular baseball pod rotation. This pod is completely different then any other fantasy baseball pod I have listened to. I love all the data used that I wouldn’t have thought about looking at. It’s really opened my eyes to a new way to look at fantasy. Also, I got into my first NFBC DC league this year because of the pod! Love the work.

Been listening to this podcast for awhile now and there isn’t a better one for thoughtful in depth analysis for your fantasy baseball season. Favorite part has been the joining of Bubba, like the differ of opinions sometimes. Always straight to the point typically and not much screwing around which I love because I’m not here for laughs but information!

Toby is incredibly knowledgeable and really digs deep into underlying metrics to identify breakout candidates before they become mainstream. Keep up the great work!

This podcast provides great statistical analysis that leads to qualify projections. For instance this off season he told us that Corbin was successful last year because hitters were chasing his slider and his fastball is very hittable. This year batters are laying off the slider and waiting for those fastballs. Great stuff. I still don’t understand all the stats but that’s cool because all my fantasy teams are better. And he’s a frat follow on Twitter. Last point, the podcasters I trust listen to this podcast.

This is the only fantasy baseball podcast of the 5-7 that I subscribe to where I probably shouldn’t play it at 1.5 speed. That’s like drinking from a fire hydrant. Full of info. I like the banter between podcast hosts sometimes; but sometimes not so much .... if it’s focused more on the hosts than on baseball. This podcast has never suffered from that problem as long as I’ve been a listener.

This is a great show for both serious and casual fantasy baseball players looking to take your team to the next level. Good host who goes over data that suggest whether to buy or sell certain players. One of the better shows out there of this kind. No nonsense. Really enjoy it!

Every single time I have a comment or a question, Toby replies almost every single time. He makes time for everyone and always has a well thought out informative opinion that always helps. 10/10 would recommend every time.

I love the info I get from the show and you can just tell the passion that it takes to do all the research that it takes to make this podcast so great! Very knowledgeable host who clearly enjoys looking into all kinds of different stats for many different players. He does a good job of explaining what these stats mean as well, as they may otherwise be difficult to understand. Would highly recommend subscribing!

I started listening to Batflip Crazy this year and it has quickly become my most trusted resource for Fantasy Baseball analysis. It’s data driven analysis with thoughtful insight on how to think about the data and the players. I’m currently well positioned in my Fantasy league and most of my team is based off advice from this podcast!
