Texas hammer sounds good as a nickname

I enjoy this podcast a lot. I do not enjoy listening to the whining about how they aren't getting rich fishing. I understand, but that's part of it. Get over it or fish that bridge quietly.

Y’all’s show is the best I have found when it comes to bass fishing. Living in Southeast NM/West Texas area, its like visiting with a neighbor (Kurt) since I do get to go to Amistad a few times a year. Keep up the great work, great guests, and great topics!! Gotta go just got a bump!!

I love listening to this podcast in my free time, very entertaining podcast and very informative and the guests are absolutely fantastic I love listening to everyone’s different opinions and stories!

I listened to this podcast for a few years, and the hosts are great, and the guests have great info, but I have finally had enough of the poor audio quality. The tinny sound, the hissing and popping, and the poor audio quality when guests call in made it difficult to listen to. The worst part is the lack of volume leveling. You will barely be able to hear a guest, but commercials are so loud it hurts your ears. Sorry, it’s just too much. I’m unsubscribing.

The microphones sound horrible. Compare your voices to the voices in the adds you play. WAY DIFFERENT. Can’t make it through a whole podcast because it hurts my ears

Update: I’ve now listened back through a couple of years (currently in 2014) and this IS the most informative fishing podcast when it come to instructional learning. Keep up the great work

The hosts are fantastic, and the guests are always interesting. They do not over sell any products in particular in any episode. These podcasts are a wealth of information. My only problem with BassEdge is that it is only bimonthly.

This podcast is great for the weekend angler to the tournament pro and everyone in between.

I love the way these guys grab top tier anglers and ask all the questions that I would if I ever got a chance. They also conduct each interview with questions based upon the current seasonal weather patterns so I commonly go back to previous years episodes for that same month and use it as a refresher. Keep the great content coming guys.

Totally hooked for 5 years now, I talk to Kurt sometimes via email, and just as nice. Show is great, you really learn and laugh.

Genuine guys, who love bass fishing. This podcast gets me by when I'm cleaning reels or organizing tackle. They always have great pro guest anglers on with great strategies and advice. My one complaint is that it's not on a more regular basis.

This podcast has gone down hill. They went from many episodes a month to one every once in awhile, and actuality, aside from oil and boat management, they only talk about techniques on fishing for about 30 mins a month at best. I use to really love this podcast and so did my buddys they also agree on unsuscribing, time to step your game up so you dont lose more fans.....

I have learned so much in three months of listening to bass edge, that I feel like I have been cheated my whole life for not having this knowledge!! I am so confident going into my first tournament next weekend!! Thanks Bass Edge

This is series has improved my fishing dramatically! Aaron and Kurt are Funny, smart, and informative. It's not only the best bass fishing podcast, it's one of the very best teaching tools on planet earth! Interviews with the top pros we all admire. where else are you gonna get all this stuff?

The only criticism I have is with the sound levels; they are all over the place! Aaron is the loudest and the quest is barely audible. While listening with ear buds if you turn it up enough to hear the quest Aaron is too loud and then when they break into commercial the volume is unbearable. The content is great and if they could get a handle on sound levels things would be perfect.

This is by far the best bass fishing podcast on iTunes. All of the interviews are extremely detail oriented and humorous. I have learned a lot from these podcasts while coasting around local lakes on my float tube or while fishing. From the shore. I usually download all of the podcast for the season that I am fishing and I try to target the areas that Aaron and Kurt focus in and also I use the these techniques live while I'm on the water. Amazing podcast. If there was a donation segment here I would pay these guys. Christopher from NYC.

Been an avid listener for the last couple of years and each episode gets better and better. Was a little worried about recent format change but it seems like it's just as much information only I don't have to wait as long between downloading podcasts.

Great bass fishing podcast, isn't as region specific like a lot of the others. Interviews are in-depth and you can learn a lot from each one. I was disappointed when they went from a weekly show to monthly, but now they've stopped all together. What's the deal?

By far the best and most informative recordings on fishing and the fishing industry out there, Please keep up the good work, and if possible make it a daily podcast or any number more than once a week. It doesn't get any better than this. Bass Edge's THE EDGE is the best bass fishing information you can get. It's hard for me to tell my fishing buddies about the podcast because I don't want them to use the information against me on the water.
