It’s hard to keep abreast of the incredibly complex political goings-on in the US and how they affect marginalized people, but Madiba is here calling it like it is from an informed perspective and explaining stuff for us regular people. Can’t recommend enough.

America's in the middle of chaos. Thankfully, Madiba's a lawyer ready to explain all the intricacies that the average person may not have the resources to search out. Concise, smart, and empathetic when talking about topics. I always look to her to help me figure out where to start researching as topics tendril out every day, eating into each other.

I don't normally listen to podcasts. But I listen to this one. I like her approach, her truth, her attitude and her humor.

This podcast is smart and sassy and necessary. The host Madiba combines extensive research that, when combined with her law and policy background, brings current events to light in a way that’s both simple to understand, and also goes beyond the basics. I definitely feel more knowledgeable and informed on ICE after the first episode.

Loved the first episode - can't wait to hear more. I would love to hear nuts and bolts details about statutes and cases. Information is power!
