Each time something negative happens in America that affects us all, that word DEI: diversity, equity and inclusion is the subject, the predicate and the supposed implication. Furthermore, since the pundits and politicians have no other ideas or legislation to improve the lives of every day Americans, they want every day average income Americans to focus on hating each other, to divert away from hoarding of all the money and resources

Sunday Sermon: Easter Day Father Daddy Daughter Tragedy. Point of reference: Genesis 2:24, Proverbs 22:6. Couple’s Argument Turns Tragic. The Fathers Daughter and boyfriend got into an argument at the apartment they were living at together. And Nina Shaw called her father Roy Shaw to the apartment. Now when the father Roy Shaw arrived, he and his daughter’s boyfriend Trevon Vallery started arguing back and forth. And the father Roy Shaw allegedly pulled out a weapon.

More younger people are getting involved with politics than in the past because of the saturation of information on these social media networks not to mention the culture wars the blatant racism and overt criminality the kind that’s making people lose confidence in the government institutions.  Now that the Young people Generation Z is waking up. Now the American gov’t wants to shut down TikTok. Since when did the American gov’t and politicians ever cared about the tech industry stealing our private information. The establishment want to silence the young and maintain power, it already feels like the dictatorship is looming. They’ve already provided two candidates for president who have proven to be nothing more than two old relics of systemic racism that nobody but a third of the Americans want. According to statistics the two-party system has time an time again proven that it doesn’t work on a grand scale for people of color, it’s just a confluence that always ends up heading in the direction of the same one river. And furthermore, the good cop, bad cop strategy doesn’t work. The vale has been uncovered and the American people want better and different options. 

DEI can be perceived as a threat to those who benefit from existing power structures and privileges. As a result, DEI is Under Siege by some of those beneficiaries.

In addition, how we should use it in these times of peril; to love, serve others and share the good news with those around us. In Isaiah 48:18, God speaks to his people, saying, “If only you had paid attention to my commands, your peace would have been like a river, your well-being like the waves of the sea.” This verse reminds us that God has given us the freedom to choose whether we will follow his commands or not. We don’t all have to agree with the way people choose to live. We can make suggestions, but adults make their own decisions. Consider the story of a person facing addiction. While external factors may influence their circumstances, ultimately, it is their exercise of free will that determines whether they seek help and pursue recovery or succumb to their addiction. Consequences of Misusing Free Will: However, the misuse of free will can have dire consequences. For instance, individuals may choose to engage in harmful behaviors that not only affect themselves but also impact others. From acts of violence to environmental degradation, the misuse of free will highlights the ethical complexities inherent in human decision-making. Transition to Personal Philosophy: As we navigate the terrain of free will, it becomes apparent that our choices shape not only our individual trajectories but also the collective tapestry of society. While external forces may exert influence, it is our capacity for choice that empowers us...

In this podcast episode, The Minister of Balance will share how his self-reflection gave purpose and direction. He was not prepared for the uncertainty of life, which is what a sound relationship with God does, it gives you that breastplate of righteousness amid a storm. The Minister says, “Now that I look back, it was a full circle experience. The problem was I didn’t have what I call my personal infrastructure in place. I didn’t have the proper coordination of human resources or recognize the tools that were available. Therefore, I didn’t have the money growth I was expecting. My priorities weren’t being properly managed from the top all the way to the bottom. The healthy living; the food, the exercise, the creative space, the spiritual space, the relationship space, and the career space and finally a place for uncertainty.” Now, The Minister has a personal infrastructure in place a (perpetual maintenance process). However, Willy remained hopeful although his spirit is so besieged with anger from all the, hurt and pain that he’s endured over the years in his incredible climb up the corporate ladder. Willy’s unconceived notion that being in business for himself would open doors and change perceptions, is blatantly false he’s learning that racism is even more illuminated on that level. Jeanie was single, and ready to mingle and Tank was in survival mode. He was in the business of living off the good graces of others. He thinks he’s a Jedi Mind Expert, but he was up against a force way stronger than he thought. The point of inciting interest starts when Jeanie comes home after working a double shift and Tank lounging around is trying to exert control and dominance over a godly-women that was reaching her tipping point.
