How do you take care of your mental health? Maybe it's something you would like to pay more attention to or learn more about. We're forever learning about ourselves and in this episode we explore how we've begun to learn more about mental health and what shakes us. Take a deep breath... dive deep with us.

We discuss what it was like feeling sheltered from the world, and why some parents are more conservative in the way that they raise their families.
