Finally a podcast that tells it like it is . I love the honesty. I always listen in the car and at home . When I'm looking for advice I turn to Avi Unfiltered!

As somebody who truly wants to change their life for the better but struggles with self sabotage, listening to Avi's blunt honesty feels like that cold splash of water on your face to wake you up. Hearing the truth is neccesary for growth and Avi puts it in a way that will look you dead in the eye and call you out from a place of wanting you to do better, to live better. We all need the raw truth, no extra sprinkles or spices to make it look pretty, but to have us really reflect on ourselves. It's helping me shift my perspective expecially with accountability and committing to myself.

After listening to episode 101: Grocery Store Etiquette, I can relate to other people in the grocery store being close to your "personal bubble". I can recall a few times being in the grcery store and people passing their arms over my body without saying excuse me. People these days have no manners! Avishai maybe you should teach a class to show people how to have some. Lol! I love listening to your podcasts. I can also relate to people saying I look "mean". I'm not looking mean I'm just focused and very observant. It's my resting "goals" face lol. People just have no clue. Keep up the good work.

This was truly a great podcast that helped me to believe that even more than I am doing to stay healthy now, I can do more to stay healthy for my daughter, as well. Listening to this mother and daughter talk together on Avi's podcast showed me that I must do better and high blood pressure, cancer, diabetes etc are things that can be beat with proper eating.
