Why I need to ask this question is strange.  Did your parents ever say to you, 'not going to do that again, right?'  Of course you heard that.  It is a rite of passage as a child.  You learn from your mistakes and you build on that.  Not in America.  Not NATO.  Not the EU.  Make the same mistakes over and over again expecting different results.  I believe Einstein said that is the definition of insanity.
