Breyer is retiring and Dems are celebrating.  Prematurely?  I think so.  Rule changes have taken place in the Senate and it might not be as easy to get an unqualified candidate confirmed to the SCOTUS as Chucky Sumer would have you believe.  Speedy confirmation according to Chuck but define the word speedy.  Breyer didn't want this announced until June according to the rumor mill in DC.  Ouch.
