If you had any doubt our the White House is a remake of "Weekend at Bernies" this should set the record straight.  This guy is a fossil, a cadaver, an after thought, an insignificant speck of ancient dust, who couldn't convince anyone in American to leave a burning building.  What a joke of a speech and what a joke of a time to give a significant policy announcement. Who gives a speech to America at 4pm?  Who is in charge here?
