Pretty amazing way to sign off our year with Socceroo and World Cup Star, Mat Leckie. An incredible World Cup campaign which was led with some of Leckie's brilliance and of course the important goal against Denmark which sent the Socceroos into the knockout stages which we talk through.  It's that time of year, Christmas. A time to be with close ones and tell your mates you love them. It is fair to say that Bruno Fornaroli has been one of the most impactful A-League imports in our history. From his goalscoring, creativity and dominance since his arrival in 2015, Bruno has been a classic south american striker lifting fans off their seats. From Salto in Uruguay, which is renowned for the production of Edinson Cavani and Luis Suarez, Bruno has managed to flourish since landing on our shores and becoming the oldest Socceroo at the age of 34 which in itself is a remarkable achievement. A very humourous, focused and classy guy. Isaac Quaynor is a guy you can only love. Q as they call him is known for his ferocious and explosive speed on the footy field but I cannot lie, what I like the most is his humble, generous and polite nature. Coming from humble beginnings in a large family and his dad from Ghana in Africa, Isaac has had to earn everything he has received across his career. Isaac has stabilised himself in one of the best performing starting 22's in the AFL at Collingwood. A huge future for a player and character every team would love to have. Miles and Archie Shepherd make up the duo of the infamous Shepmates which took over the internet at the end of 2021. Jack Jenkins just won the Dana White Contender Series in Vegas earning him a contract to the big time in the UFC. A boy from Bacchus Marsh on the outskirts of Melbourne who had always had natural combat ability from the time he stepped into a gym. Jack had built a very strong background in kickboxing before turning to MMA where he dominated from the get go and has been touted as a future World Champion in the Featherweight Division.
