#21 Jenny Wong
Listen to photographer and conservationist Jenny Wong share her passion for spreading awareness about the frontlines and last lines of climate change, the Arctic. Jenny is a proud fellow of the Canadian Geographical Society, cut from a line of refugees, always looking for new places to experience. Her work highlights climate change's direct impact on arctic wildlife, and ultimately the perilous intersection where wildlife meets Inuit communities. Jenny is extremely genuine and mindful of her role as a wildlife photographer, and her hard work and talent speak for themselves.  - Check out, Jenny! #17 Derek Sabori
Derek worked for over 19+ years for the lifestyle clothing brand Volcom, where he worked his way up from receptionist to VP of Global Sustainability. Like many, Derek worked in the restaurant industry, which taught him life lessons he reflects on to this day. He is a University of California at Irvine alumni, where he graduated with his B.A. of Arts and M.B.A. of Business.  At some point during his career, the question arose of why we are still doing business the old way and not prioritize the balance between people, planet, and profit. Derek founded his own sustainability consultant firm, The Underswell, and co-founded together with Troy Eckert, former Volcom's marketing mind, the B-Corp. certified men's yoga brand...The Kozm. Derek is an educator, teaching sustainability at Orange Coast College. Not only does he care about sharing his knowledge, but also being part of the solution, believing change starts with people...change is social.  ...............................................................  -Get in touch with Derek:  The Underswell/Understand Sustainability: https://www.theunderswell.com/  -LinkedIn: Derek Sabori  -Instagram: @derekasabori ..............................................................  -Check out The Kozm: “Sustainable fashion, Made for Yoga, Good for Everything Else." -Instagram: @thekozm  -The Kozm: https://thekozm.com/

#13 David & Bjørn
Listen to the two brothers catch up, with David in Germany and Bjørn in America. Besides what David has been up to with school, soccer, and Bjørn's first time at a gun range, the two had to put their "Acting Hats" on. Together with actor, director, filmmaker Keller Fornes, the two took a stab at script reading, with Keller narrating this high-stress situation in the jungle of North Korea.  If you like AsTheySay, subscribe, if you are unsure, send us feedback!
