Technology develops so fast and we are now in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. it seems that people’s way of life, including the youth, changes. Youth tend to become selfish or individualistic. That makes them not really care of others’ difficulties and sufferings. The fact, however, there are still a lot of young persons who are still willing to actively get involved in the social or charity activities in the society, for example distributing some basic needs to the unfortunate families and distributing masks to the people to prevent corona virus. Some young persons also still care of preserving the culture, for example singing traditional songs. In this podcast, Ayu and Monica will share their experiences in deliberately getting involved in such kinds of activity. Living in peace and harmony is still challenging and needs to be strived for by everyone in the world. People need to manage conflicts that often happen in any society level because of any reasons. One of the reasons that may cause conflict is the difference of religion. However, not all people, including young persons, are closed-minded. They are able to live in harmony, even become close friend. The keys are in understanding, appreciating, and respecting one another’s belief. And, this can be realized by open communication. In this podcast, Eva and Chika will share how their friendship can be built nicely until now.
