[email protected]; This episode is about a time we went to an EMT rodeo, weren’t even expected (or expected to even place) and won. It focuses on my thoughts of lessons learned as a leader, not the actual rodeo and “how” we won. To support the show, simply share it. Follow me on twitter - @ATS

Have you ever worked with or for someone and have thought, how did they get into that position? Not in a positive way either. It’s the person you work for or with, who is incompetent, has a lack of integrity, no motivation, just kinda, is blah. They just can’t get out of their own way. And, when confronted, they just don’t get it. They seem motivated at first, but they lose motivation. They appear to care, but their actions show otherwise.
I’ve led horses to water before, and I cannot force them to drink. They are strong beasts of burden. If they want to do it, they will, if not, they aren’t drinking water. That’s this person.
So what do you do with such a person?
Well, today, the question is; how do you fire someone?

Email @ [email protected] The politics of today are ugly, and it has bled into everyday life. Americans are encouraged to inflict violence against Americans. I’m not okay with this, but how do you fight it? I also know I said episode 19 in the podcast, and realized it afterwards. No one is perfect!
